Terms of service

Use TradeProfit for daily profit clarity, not as a replacement for your accountant.

These beta terms explain what TradeProfit is designed to do, what it does not do, and what users are responsible for when using the app.

Last updated: June 17, 2026

What TradeProfit does

TradeProfit helps small trade companies track daily cash, match transactions, upload supporting documents, understand job-level profit, and prepare cleaner records for bookkeepers.

What TradeProfit does not do

TradeProfit is not a full accounting platform, tax advisor, legal advisor, payroll provider, bank, or CPA firm. Use your accountant, CPA, or legal advisor for tax filing, legal decisions, formal bookkeeping, and financial compliance.

Beta use

During beta, features may change, improve, or be limited while the product is tested with real businesses. Users should review numbers before relying on them for business decisions.

User responsibility

You are responsible for entering accurate data, reviewing imported transactions, confirming matches, keeping your login secure, and verifying reports before using them for business decisions.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Premium features may be limited if a subscription is inactive, past due, canceled, or unavailable. Inactive billing does not automatically delete company records.

Uploaded content

You are responsible for the receipts, invoices, statements, photos, and other files uploaded to TradeProfit. Do not upload documents you do not have the right to store or share with your company users.

Availability

TradeProfit aims to be reliable, but no software service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted. The app may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, or unexpected incidents.
