Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel future billing without losing company records.

This page explains the beta approach to cancellations, refund requests, inactive billing, and data access after cancellation.

Cancel anytime

Customers can cancel their subscription through billing support or the Stripe billing portal when available. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not delete company data.

Beta refund approach

During beta, refund requests are reviewed case by case. If the app was unusable because of a TradeProfit issue and support could not resolve it, contact support within 14 days of the charge.

What is usually not refundable

Refunds are generally not provided for unused time, failure to cancel before renewal, business changes, or issues caused by incorrect setup, missing user data, disconnected third-party services, or unsupported workflows.

Data after cancellation

Cancellation may block premium features, but it does not automatically delete company records. Owners can contact support for help with data access or deletion requests.

How to ask for help

Send billing questions to support@tradeprofit.app. Include your company name, account email, plan, charge date, and a short description of the issue.
